  • Shipping Location: We currently ship only within the contiguous 48 states of the United States.

Shipping Method

We reserve the right to choose which freightway carries your order. Once shipments are picked up by the shipping company, we can't change shipping addresses or schedule the delivery date: dates can be estimated with the information the shipping company shares with us. Most carriers call a few days in advance to schedule the delivery and a few hours before arriving on the day of the delivery to ensure a smooth hand-over.

Larger items and orders are shipped via freight on a pallet. The order is left at the curb, meaning that you need to move it into your home or backyard. Inspect your shipment for any damage or missing items, and note any issue in the document provided by the delivery driver.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, we will contact you for the correct details. Reshipping / Restocking fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Designing Backyards is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier or email us at support@designingbackyards.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

  • Condition & Type: Items must be unused and in original packaging, and not be final sale items.

  • Return Address: The return address will be provided when the return is approved. Customer will cover the shipping costs.
