All other parts, electrical, and various components carry a shorter three-year warranty. The warranty is void upon transfer of ownership or if the product is used in a non-residential application without proper upkeep. It does not cover labor, discoloration, rust, or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or lack of proof of regular maintenance.
