Coverage varies by component: cast stainless steel burners are covered for a limited lifetime, the fire box for five years, grates, flavor bars, hood, handle, and bezel for two years, warming racks and flame tamers for three years, and drip pans, transformers, gas valves, knobs, and lights for one year.

It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, or cosmetic wear. Videl USA is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Keep in mind a few important details: this warranty is for residential use and doesn't cover grills used in commercial settings like rentals or restaurants. Also, since these are premium outdoor products, minor cosmetic changes like slight rust, scratches, or discoloration from the weather aren't covered, nor are shipping costs for replacement parts.

Limited Lifetime Coverage: The toughest component, our Cast Stainless Steel Burner, is covered for a lifetime. That's performance you can trust, season after season.
5-Year Heavy-Duty Assurance: Our sturdy Fire Box—the main body of the grill—is protected for five full years. Plus, for the serious chef, the Grates and Stainless Steel Cover on our Power Burner also get five years of coverage.
