The Fire Magic® Echelon Diamond Series Power Burner offers power and versatility to complement any Fire Magic® grill. With its heat output and precise controls, it's ideal for cooking tasks like wok cooking or frying a turkey.
Key Features
- Stainless Steel Construction: Quality stainless steel ensures long-lasting performance and resistance to the elements. Includes a stainless steel lid to protect the burner when not in use.
- Unmatched Heat Output: Delivers range of 3,000 to 60,000 BTUs, catering to a wide array of cooking needs. The left knob controls the inner burner with 3,000 to 15,000 BTUs, while the larger right knob manages the outer burner, reaching up to 45,000 BTUs
- Back-Lit Control Knobs: Enjoy both aesthetics and functionality with illuminated control knobs that provide enhanced visibility and style.
- Heat Concentrating Flame: The 10" diameter outlet focuses intense heat in the center 25% of the unit, useful for tasks requiring up to 190 BTU/sq. in., such as wok cooking and turkey frying.
- Easy Operation: A dedicated power switch simplifies operation, while the burner plugs into the Echelon Diamond Grill transformer for seamless power integration.
Notes: This unit requires a 110v power source for the backlighting and ignition systems. You must connect it to either a Fire Magic® Echelon Grill or a standalone transformer/power supply (not included).
