Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Designing Backyards! We’re committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all our customers.

Shipping Area - We ship only within the contiguous U.S. using authorized third-party distributors with established brand relationships.

Cost & Delivery Time - FREE shipping on all orders. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days, though times may vary based on location, product, weather, or carrier limits.

Order Cut-Off - Orders placed by 4:00 PM EST are processed the same day.

Shipping Method

• Free Standard shipping. We choose the carrier and method. Large items ship via freight and delivered curbside.

• Delivery address and schedule cannot be changed after shipping.

• Carriers often call to schedule delivery.

• Inspect deliveries for damage or missing items and note them on the delivery receipt.

Order Tracking - You'll get a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for updates.

Shipping Delays - Delays may happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages - Customers must provide the correct shipping address. If a package is returned, we’ll ask for an updated address. Reshipping or restocking fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages - We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, contact the carrier or email us at support@designingbackyards.com for help investigating.
