Hello! We're the ones behind Designing Backyards, and our story is pretty simple. We both love spending time outside with family and friends, and we realized how much a well-designed backyard can really add to those experiences. We are an odd couple, actually. One of us is an engineer - tech background, loves the nitty-gritty details and making sure everything is structurally sound. The other? Design is their thing, and maybe a bit of a healthy obsession with getting things right. We figured, why not combine our passion and those skills and make something great?

So that's what we do. We're not trying to be fancy or overly poetic about it. We just genuinely enjoy taking backyards and turning them into amazing living places where people can chill, have fun, and make memories with their loved ones.
