Warranty: Videl

Videl USA’s limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for residential use only within the United States. It excludes commercial, rental, or non-residential applications as well as issues like rust, corrosion, discoloration, or surface wear unless the part becomes inoperable. Labor, shipping, and handling costs are not covered.

The warranty starts on the purchase date, requires proof of purchase, and must be registered online at videlusa.com/product-registration-and-warranty. Coverage varies by component: cast stainless steel burners are covered for a limited lifetime, the fire box for five years, grates, flavor bars, hood, handle, and bezel for two years, warming racks and flame tamers for three years, and drip pans, transformers, gas valves, knobs, and lights for one year.

It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, or cosmetic wear. Videl USA is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

The Videl USA Limited Warranty is your assurance of quality, giving you complete peace of mind with your new grill. They designed it for you, the original homeowner, and it covers any manufacturing hiccups during normal residential use. To get started, just register your grill online and hold onto your proof of purchase.

Keep in mind a few important details: this warranty is for residential use and doesn't cover grills used in commercial settings like rentals or restaurants. Also, since these are premium outdoor products, minor cosmetic changes like slight rust, scratches, or discoloration from the weather aren't covered, nor are shipping costs for replacement parts.

Limited Lifetime Coverage: The toughest component, our Cast Stainless Steel Burner, is covered for a lifetime. That's performance you can trust, season after season.
5-Year Heavy-Duty Assurance: Our sturdy Fire Box—the main body of the grill—is protected for five full years. Plus, for the serious chef, the Grates and Stainless Steel Cover on our Power Burner also get five years of coverage.
Extended Protection: Essential grilling parts like the Warming Rack and Flame Tamers are covered for 3 years. Everything else, including your Hood, Grates, and Flavor Bars on the main grill, is covered for a solid 2 years.
