The warranty is void if the product is misused, modified, improperly installed or operated, or damaged by natural disasters or corrosive environments. Firegear's liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or purchase price of the defective units, and they expressly disclaim all other warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
