Warranty: Timber Stoves

Wood Pellet Products LLC (WPP) offers a Three-Year Warranty on its heaters, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This warranty is limited to replacement parts only; it does not cover the product's finish, labor, or shipping costs for the replacement parts. The warranty is void if the unit is misused, not maintained, used commercially, or not assembled/operated according to instructions. To file a claim, you must provide proof of your date of purchase. THE STAINLESS STEEL PATINA
