It excludes commercial, rental, or non-residential applications as well as issues like rust, corrosion, discoloration, or surface wear unless the part becomes inoperable. Labor, shipping, and handling costs are not covered.

The warranty starts on the purchase date, requires proof of purchase, and must be registered online at videlusa.com/product-registration-and-warranty. Coverage varies by component: cast stainless steel burners are covered for a limited lifetime, the fire box for five years, grates, flavor bars, hood, handle, and bezel for two years, warming racks and flame tamers for three years, and drip pans, transformers, gas valves, knobs, and lights for one year.

It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, or cosmetic wear. Videl USA is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
