Description

The Bromic Affinity Smart-Heat On/Off Controller (2 Channel) turns two independent zones of Bromic Platinum or Tungsten heaters on and off from the Bromic Heating app. It works with both electric and gas models, so a single controller type covers your whole Platinum and Tungsten installation.

App Control
Built-in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth let you control your heaters from anywhere on your Wi-Fi network, or within about 30 feet over Bluetooth. The Bromic Heating app adds timers and schedules, works with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, and can manage multiple sites.

Capacity
Each channel handles up to 6kW of electric heaters on a 208 to 277V circuit (12kW total), or up to 1kW per channel on a 100 to 127V circuit. For gas, each channel switches up to 10 heaters. Need a wired connection or building automation? Add the Affinity Smart-Heat Expansion Board (BH3130070) for Ethernet and 0-10V BMS control.

Installation
The IP54-rated enclosure is suitable for covered outdoor locations. Installation must be completed by a licensed electrician. For heat-level control of electric heaters, choose the Affinity Dimmer Controller instead.

The Bromic Heating Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original owner and is restricted to the replacement of the heater or a failed component part. Coverage periods vary by product, with most heaters and controllers covered for one year of parts, while the Platinum Electric Marine unit has a five-year parts warranty (for land-based applications only). Crucially, the owner is responsible for all labor, service, removal, re-installation, and shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.
