Description

The Bromic Affinity Smart-Heat On/Off Controller (5 Channel) is built for large residential and commercial installations, switching five independent zones of Bromic Platinum or Tungsten heaters from the Bromic Heating app. It works with both electric and gas models.

App Control and Automation
Built-in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connect the controller to the Bromic Heating app, with timers, schedules, Amazon Alexa and Google Home compatibility, and multi-site management. The Expansion Board comes built in, adding Ethernet and 0-10V connections for home or building management systems.

Capacity
Each channel handles up to 6kW of electric heaters (30kW total) on a 3-phase supply: 120/208V, 220/380V, 230/400V, 240/415V or 277/480V. For gas, each channel switches up to 10 heaters.

Installation
The IP54-rated enclosure ships with a key for access and is suitable for covered outdoor locations. A 3-phase supply is required, and installation must be completed by a licensed electrician.

The Bromic Heating Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original owner and is restricted to the replacement of the heater or a failed component part. Coverage periods vary by product, with most heaters and controllers covered for one year of parts, while the Platinum Electric Marine unit has a five-year parts warranty (for land-based applications only). Crucially, the owner is responsible for all labor, service, removal, re-installation, and shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.
