Description

The Bromic 4-Foot Tube Suspension Kit for Platinum Electric 2300W and 3400W Heaters suspends your heater from a high ceiling so it sits at the optimum mounting height of 8 to 9 feet. It replaces the standard 8-inch pole that ships with every Platinum Electric heater, for installations where the ceiling is too high for the standard pole.

Choosing a Kit
This kit fits the standard 304 stainless steel Platinum Electric 2300W and 3400W heaters. For Platinum Electric Marine heaters, choose the Marine Grade Tube Suspension Kit, and for the 4500W models, choose the 4500W-specific kit. Installation must be completed by a licensed electrician.

The Bromic Heating Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original owner and is restricted to the replacement of the heater or a failed component part. Coverage periods vary by product, with most heaters and controllers covered for one year of parts, while the Platinum Electric Marine unit has a five-year parts warranty (for land-based applications only). Crucially, the owner is responsible for all labor, service, removal, re-installation, and shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.
