Description

The Bromic Tungsten Smart-Heat 20-Inch 300-Series 26,000 BTU Gas Heater brings Bromic's award-winning directional radiant heat to smaller patios, bars, and dining areas. It warms outdoor areas of up to 160 square feet, resists winds of up to 8 mph, and is built from matte black stainless steel for years of reliable performance in residential and commercial settings. Available in natural gas and propane.

Smart Ignition and Safety
Bromic's patented direct ignition system lights the heater instantly with no pilot light. If the flame goes out, automated re-ignition relights it, and the integrated Flame Failure Safety Shut-off turns the heater off immediately if it cannot re-ignite.

Directional Heat, Built for Wind
The pivot arm bracket rotates 25 degrees to each side so you can aim heat exactly where guests sit, while the honeycomb mesh screen and Bromic's patented wind-resistance technology keep heat output steady in breezy conditions. Slow-release ceramic burners deliver efficient, clean combustion.

Installation and Controls
The wall bracket is included. For ceiling installation, add a Bromic Smart-Heat Gas Ceiling Pole Mount. Bromic recommends mounting 8 feet from the floor to the bottom of the heater, and adding a heat deflector if there is less than 42 inches above the heater or it is exposed to the elements. The heater requires a 110V power connection and professional installation by a licensed technician. Controls are sold separately: choose a Bromic Affinity Smart-Heat On/Off Controller for app control or a Manual Wall Switch.

The Bromic Heating Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original owner and is restricted to the replacement of the heater or a failed component part. Coverage periods vary by product, with most heaters and controllers covered for one year of parts, while the Platinum Electric Marine unit has a five-year parts warranty (for land-based applications only). Crucially, the owner is responsible for all labor, service, removal, re-installation, and shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.
