The composite deck top and base of this Brooks Collection fire pit table brings a modern, warm look to your outdoor space. Admire the easy-to-care-for design as you relax and entertain guests. The unique, elevated 12 X 24 inch Crystal Fire Plus burner is UL listed for safety and will dazzle guests. Featuring electronic piezo controls, this fire pit lights with the push of a button and lets you easily adjust the flame height. This unit ships as propane-ready with orifices for natural gas conversion included.

Warranty: The Outdoor Greatroom Company

The Outdoor GreatRoom Company Limited Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the original owner in the US.

Warranty terms vary significantly by component and setting. The CRYSTAL FIRE® PLUS BURNERS have a 10-year structural warranty for residential use, which is reduced to 5 years in a commercial setting. Similarly, the burner's ignition and electronic components are covered for 3 years residential and only 1 year commercial. The GAS FIRE PIT TABLES have a 3-year structural warranty on bases and tops, while RTF FIREPLACES & FIRE PITS have a 5-year structural warranty on their enclosures. Supercast GFRC Products are warranted for one year on structure and finish, but non-structural hairline cracks (under 1/8") are considered normal. Protective covers are covered for one year, and glass wind guards for 90 days.

This warranty is non-transferable and is void if the product is misused, improperly installed or maintained, or modified without OGC's written approval. OGC's sole liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price.
