The Fire Magic Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, with terms ranging from one year up to the grill's lifetime. The manufacturer covers replacement parts shipping both ways and a labor allowance for the first two years. Service representatives are also available for support.

Warranty coverage varies by component: A Lifetime Warranty covers the cast stainless steel burners, cooking grids, and stainless steel housing. Major components like brass valves, manifold assemblies, and backburner assemblies (excluding ignition) have a Fifteen Year Warranty. Electric grills, gourmet griddles, and pizza ovens are covered for Ten Years (excluding electronics). Flavor grids and infrared burners receive a Five Year Warranty. Most other major components, like side burners, receive a Three Year Warranty. Finally, ignition systems, electronics, and accessories are warranted for One Year.
