The Primo Ceramic Grills Limited Warranty provides exceptional coverage for its main components. All ceramic parts are backed by a Limited Lifetime guarantee. All metal parts (excluding cast iron) have a Limited 5-Year warranty against rust-through, while cast-iron parts and all other accessories receive a Limited 1-Year warranty against rust-through. Consumable parts like felt gaskets and thermometers are warranted for a short 30-day period. The warranty specifically does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized service, and it excludes travel, diagnostic, labor, or freight charges for parts to and from the factory.

Primo Oval Design
Primo's patented oval shape is a unique design that provides greater cooking versatility and efficiency than traditional round ceramic grills. The design creates two distinct cooking zones, enabling you to use the grill like a grill and an oven at the same time. You can grill steaks on one side of the grill while roasting vegetables on the other. Primo Ceramic Grills can be used as a grill, an oven, a roaster, or a smoker.
Two-Zone Cooking
The oval shape and the included firebox divider allow you to easily create two different cooking zones. You can grill at high temperatures on one side and cook low and slow on the other side. This allows for grilling, roasting, and smoking at the same time.
Reversible Cooking Grids
Primo's reversible cooking grids, heat deflector plates, and other accessories allow you to create more than 69 cooking configurations.
Maximum Efficiency
The ceramic body of the grill works as an insulator, retaining heat and moisture better than metal grills. This efficiency allows you to use less fuel, reach your target temperature faster, and reduce cooking time.

Use this configuration for indirect cooking such as an oven or smoker. Cook at low to medium temperatures for baking pizza or smoking meat. (Heat deflectors/racks required)

This new chimney cap also features a hood that will keep out the rain so you can grill all year round. The precision air control comes standard with all new grills and can be purchased as an upgrade for any grill purchased before the improvement was implemented.
LOWER AIR CONTROL
This aluminum vent door has 5 marked positions to help grillers new and experienced alike get the perfect cook every time. It slides open easily and you can be effortlessly removed to make cleaning your Primo easier than ever. The lower air control comes standard with all new grills and can be purchased as an upgrade, packaged with the Precision air control, for any grill purchased before the improvement was implemented.
