Warranty: Superior Fireplaces

Superior Fireplaces offers a 20-year limited warranty for most of its direct vent gas and wood-burning fireplaces, covering material and manufacturing defects. The warranty requires proper installation, maintenance, and use according to the manufacturer's instructions. While the main fireplace structure has a 20-year term, several components - including burners, gas parts, logs, blowers, and remote controls - are covered for a shorter period of one year, and optional glass doors for only 90 days. The warranty is voided by damage resulting from improper fuel (e.g., coal, plywood), faulty installation, abuse, accidents, or failure to perform regular maintenance.
