Description

The Blackstone 28-Inch Griddle Cooking Station provides 525 square inches of cooking area, ideal for serving large gatherings. It features two stainless steel H-burners producing 34,000 BTUs for consistent, powerful heat. The rugged 10-gauge rolled carbon steel griddle plate is built to endure heavy use and outdoor exposure. Cleanup is made easy with Blackstone’s patented rear grease management system. Temperature control is precise thanks to intuitive knobs and piezo ignition, enabling dual-zone cooking. This set includes a removable hard cover, two side shelves, a full-length bottom shelf, and a steel cart with caster wheels and a propane tank holder. The included heavy-duty 600 Denier polyester cover, reinforced with stitching and adjustable straps, shields the griddle from weather. Additionally, this model can be converted to natural gas with a separate conversion kit.
