Description

Four stainless steel burners deliver 60,000 BTUs, ensuring even heat distribution across the heavy-duty 7-gauge rolled carbon steel griddle plate built to withstand tough conditions. Cleanup is simplified by Blackstone’s patented rear grease management system. Precise temperature control is achieved with easy-to-use knobs, allowing up to four independent heat zones and quick ignition via piezo. The included hood protects the griddle from dirt and weather, easily lifting out of the way during cooking. Two folding side shelves and a full-length bottom shelf provide ample prep and storage space. The steel cart features two caster wheels, two fixed wheels, a 20 lb propane tank holder, magnetic strip, tool hooks, a paper towel holder, and a bottle opener for convenience. The heavy-duty 600 Denier polyester cover with reinforced stitching and adjustable straps protects your griddle and hood from the elements. This cooking station can also be converted for natural gas use with a separately sold conversion kit.
