TAILORED HEAT & LEGENDARY CONTROL

Broilmaster’s cooking systems are famous for providing restaurant-quality versatility. Whether you choose their classic cast aluminum models or the sleek stainless steel series, every grill is engineered for ultimate precision and heavy-duty performance.

Purpose-Built Burners

Depending on the series, Broilmaster equips its grills with massive heat engines. From their legendary, patented stainless steel Bow Tie Burners that deliver uniform corner-to-corner heat, to their robust H-Style and standard stainless burners, you are guaranteed exceptional searing power.

Heavy-Duty Cooking Grids

Built to handle anything you throw at them, Broilmaster utilizes thick, heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grids. Select premium models feature multi-level adjustable grids, allowing you to control the exact distance from the flame for baking, warming, or high-heat searing.

Advanced Flare Control

Broilmaster protects your food and enhances flavor through advanced dripping management. Their systems utilize Flare Buster™ ceramics, Charmaster™ briquets, or stainless steel flame tamers to vaporize juices and infuse your meals with classic barbecue flavor.

Unmatched Versatility

Broilmaster grills are designed to do it all. With available options like the patented Smoker Shutter for indirect slow-roasting, drop-in griddles, and infrared rotisserie burners, you can sear, roast, bake, and smoke all on the same grill.

The B-Series

Built from high-grade 304 stainless steel, the B-Series offers a premium grilling experience driven by powerful cast stainless steel burners that deliver 14,000 BTUs each (15,000 BTU on the 40-inch model). Available in Basic and Fully Loaded editions, these grills feature adjustable multi-level grids, heat zone dividers, and flare control vaporizers. Select models upgrade the experience with a rear infrared rotisserie burner, and there is even a dedicated marine-grade model tailored for coastal environments.

The G-Series (Elite Edition)

Designated as Broilmaster’s Elite Edition, the G-Series pairs 304 stainless steel construction with their signature high-efficiency cast stainless steel Bow Tie Burners (18,000 BTUs each) to ensure perfectly even heat distribution. This series offers unparalleled control with two-position 5/16-inch multi-level grids, a Flare Control Vaporizer system, and an integrated 11,000 BTU rear infrared rotisserie burner designed for slow-roasting poultry and large cuts of meat.

The P-Series (Premium)

The P3X and P4X models showcase Broilmaster’s time-tested, heavy-duty cast aluminum construction, engineered to efficiently retain heat and resist rust over decades of outdoor use. This classic series centers around the legendary 40,000 BTU stainless steel Bow Tie Burner. It is fully equipped with multi-level stainless steel cooking grids, a convenient Retract-A-Rack warming rack, and Flare Buster ceramic flavor enhancers to minimize flare-ups while maximizing flavor.
