Description

The Bromic Platinum Smart-Heat Marine Grade 33-Inch 2300W Electric Heater brings Bromic's slim-line Platinum design to coastal homes, marinas, yachts and waterfront venues where salt air corrodes ordinary heaters. It delivers 2,300 watts of radiant heat across up to 65 square feet and is available in black or white, in 240V and 208V.

True Marine-Grade Construction
The fully enclosed body is built from AISI 316 marine-grade stainless steel with sealed thin-film elements and an IPX5 water-resistance rating. The Platinum Electric Marine was the first outdoor heater series approved by Lloyd's Register for marine applications.

Even, Low-Glare Radiant Heat
A tinted glass-ceramic fascia spreads heat evenly while minimizing light emission, and the easy-to-clean ceramic-glass surface keeps maintenance simple. Electric operation means no flame, no fumes and no ventilation requirement.

Installation and Controls
Each heater ships with an adjustable mounting bracket and an 8-inch stainless steel pole for wall or ceiling mounting. For a flush finish, add a Bromic Marine Grade Ceiling Recess Kit for 2300W. Minimum floor clearance is 72 inches for wall mounting and 96 inches for ceiling mounting. Controls are sold separately: Bromic Affinity Smart-Heat On/Off or Dimmer Controllers, or a Manual Wall Switch. Installation must be completed by a licensed electrician.

Warranty: Bromic

The Bromic Heating Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original owner and is restricted to the replacement of the heater or a failed component part. Coverage periods vary by product, with most heaters and controllers covered for one year of parts, while the Platinum Electric Marine unit has a five-year parts warranty (for land-based applications only). Crucially, the owner is responsible for all labor, service, removal, re-installation, and shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.
