The manufacturer will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of a defective product, but this excludes shipping and labor costs. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, installation, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty coverage for Gas Grills is broken down by component. The insert assembly and grates carry a Lifetime Warranty, as do the cast stainless steel burners. Welded burners are covered for 5 years and porcelain coated burners for 3 years. A 3-Year Warranty covers parts like the manifold, flame tamers, and warming rack, while a 1-Year Warranty covers components such as the lid, valves, and all lighting systems. Most other products have a blanket one-year warranty on all parts and construction.

  • 3-Year Warranty: The manifold, handle end caps, flame tamers, heat shields, and warming rack are covered for three years.
  • 5-Year Warranty: Welded stainless steel burners have a 5-year warranty. The charcoal grill's insert assembly is also covered for 5 years.
