Warranty: Broilmaster

The Broilmaster limited warranty offers a Lifetime Warranty against rust-through for key stainless steel components like the grill housing, cooking grids, and cast burners (one-time replacement per component). A Five-Year Warranty covers rust-through for vaporizers, heat zone dividers, and infrared burners. All remaining parts, including valves, ignitors, and hoses, are covered for one year against defects. Exclusions include damage from misuse, poor maintenance, or cosmetic issues. To file a claim, please reach out to support@designingbackyards.com with your order details, a description of the issues, and accompanying pictures, and we will initiate the claim with the manufacturer, Empire Comfort Systems.
