Major components like brass valves, manifold assemblies, and backburner assemblies (excluding ignition) have a Fifteen Year Warranty. Electric grills, gourmet griddles, and pizza ovens are covered for Ten Years (excluding electronics). Flavor grids and infrared burners receive a Five Year Warranty. 1. Diamond Sear Cooking Grids

These patented cooking grids have a flat top that transfers heat efficiently from the burners to the cooking surface, helping food cook faster and more evenly. Their shape, with angled sides, improves heat flow. They also provide more contact points with the food than round grids, which helps to sear meat better and faster.

2. Flavor Grids

The heavy-gauge stainless steel flavor grids minimize flare-ups and provide quick and even heat distribution. They are designed to vaporize food juices, returning flavor back to the food. They don’t retain or block heat from rising. Easy to clean and maintain. Simple to remove when rotisserie cooking (for largest rotisserie area).

3. Largest Cooking Area

Fire Magic grills provide more cooking area and more BTUs per square inch of cooking surface than other grills.

4. Cast Stainless Steel “E” Burners

Made from 1/4" thick cast stainless steel, each burner weighs up to 12 lbs and features an internal baffling system and carry-over slots to provide well-distributed heat, both on high and low settings.
