Fire One Up Sales Inc., the distributor of PINNACOLO PIZZA OVENS, provides a One-Year Limited Warranty covering the oven's stainless steel body and components against defects in material and workmanship from the time of purchase. This warranty is void if the oven is not properly installed or used, and it does not cover damage from natural disasters, extreme temperatures, using inappropriate fuels, or cleaning the hot oven with water/chemicals. It also excludes normal wear and tear, such as minor cracking in the cordierite stones, surface scratches, and discoloration from smoke or weather. The company's sole liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and any other incidental costs.
