The Primo Ceramic Grills Limited Warranty provides exceptional coverage for its main components. All ceramic parts are backed by a Limited Lifetime guarantee. All metal parts (excluding cast iron) have a Limited 5-Year warranty against rust-through, while cast-iron parts and all other accessories receive a Limited 1-Year warranty against rust-through. Consumable parts like felt gaskets and thermometers are warranted for a short 30-day period. The warranty specifically does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized service, and it excludes travel, diagnostic, labor, or freight charges for parts to and from the factory.

This aluminum vent door has 5 marked positions to help grillers new and experienced alike get the perfect cook every time. It slides open easily and you can be effortlessly removed to make cleaning your Primo easier than ever. The lower air control comes standard with all new grills and can be purchased as an upgrade, packaged with the Precision air control, for any grill purchased before the improvement was implemented.
