Concrete Products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase, covering structural cracking and sealer failure, provided the recommended cleaning and maintenance are performed. Composite Products are warranted for two years, covering structural issues only. For both product types, if a defect occurs, Slick Rock Inc. will, at its sole discretion, provide DIY repair materials, repair, reseal, recolor, or replace the product at no cost. The warranty excludes inherent issues common to concrete, such as minor hairline cracks.

Material:

  • Body: High-Performance Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC).
  • Finish: Sealed with a high-quality, water and stain-resistant sealer to protect its beauty.

Fire System:

  • Fuel Type: Ethanol-based fireplace gel fuel (such as SunJel or similar). Important: Fuel is sold separately. Make this clear to manage expectations.

  • Burner: Includes a stainless steel burner designed for 13 oz gel fuel canisters.

  • Burn Time: Approximately 2-3 hours per canister, depending on the fuel brand and wind conditions.

  • Heat Output: Provides ambiance and soft, localized warmth. It is not designed to heat a large area.
