AMD Direct offers a Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty on their products. This non-prorated warranty covers replacement parts only for the original purchaser at the original site of delivery, provided the product is registered online within 30 days. Key gas appliance components like burners, grates, and stainless steel construction are covered for a lifetime. All other parts, electrical, and various components carry a shorter three-year warranty. The warranty is void upon transfer of ownership or if the product is used in a non-residential application without proper upkeep. It does not cover labor, discoloration, rust, or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or lack of proof of regular maintenance.
