Warranty: Warming Trends

Warming Trends provides a Full Lifetime Warranty for their Crossfire® and jetted-flame-brass burners against material and workmanship defects, which is transferable regardless of ownership.

Ignition Systems and AON Fire Tables have separate, limited warranties:

  • Platinum, Mercury, and P24VIK ignition systems have a three-year warranty for residential use, void if used with unapproved components.
  • 24VIK and 3VIK systems have a one-year full warranty followed by a two-year limited warranty (50% replacement cost).
  • AON Fire Tables have a three-year warranty on the structure (residential) and a one-year warranty on the powder coating.

All ignition systems and burners must be covered when not in use to maintain the warranty, which does not cover labor costs, misuse, improper installation, or external factors like plumbing or electrical issues. Commercial installations generally have shorter one-year warranties.
