An R3 interior radiates, reflects and retains heat to help the oven climb to temperature efficiently while using less wood. Thermal guard insulation and a double-walled steel body with thick woven fire blanket insulation keep the heat locked in, and the low-profile design drives it straight into the cooking deck for fast, even baking at up to 950°F.
