WPPO Karma 32" Professional Wood Fired Pizza Oven

The WPPO LLC oven is covered by a One-Year Warranty from the ship date against defects in manufacturing or materials for the oven's main components. The warranty is void if the oven is not properly installed, operated, or maintained according to the product instructions, which includes avoiding over-firing, using unapproved fuels, or cleaning the hot oven with water or harsh chemicals. It excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, minor tile cracking, and damage from natural disasters. WPPO's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the oven, excluding shipping and incidental damages. To file a claim, you must contact WPPO in writing with the oven model number, original invoice, date of installation, and photographs of the defect.
